Eaton/ Cutler-Hammer Brand Labeled Rotary and Toggle Disconnect Switches

A supplier defect in the disconnect switch could allow one pole to remain energized when the switch is in the OFF position.

PRODUCT SAFETY ALERT GE ADS FUSIBLE SWITCHES

GE has identified a potential defect in a molded plastic component used in 400 amp through 1200 amp ADS safety switches manufactured between May 1992 and December 2006.

Marley Engineered Products, in cooperation with the US Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC), has announced a voluntary recall to replace or take out of service older (obsolete) Berko Electric Catalog Nos. TS, TS-1 and TS-1-A Toe-Space electric heaters manufactured by Berko Electric, Peru, Indiana from 1972 until February 15, 1985. Models built after February 15, 1985 (including the current S series models) were provided with a back up thermal fuse (TCO) and are not included in this program.

MILWAUKEE TOOLS SAFETY RECALL

In cooperation with the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission, Milwaukee Electric Tool Corporation ("Milwaukee") is voluntarily recalling certain 14.4 V 2.4 Ah NiCd battery packs manufactured between September 1999 and February 2004 and certain 18 V 2.4 Ah NiCd battery packs manufactured between July 1999 and February 2004.
